Areas of Dorset were hit with bouts of hail and thunder on Saturday.

A number of short and sharp bursts of hail were present across the county, creating a short-lived winter scape in many instances.

Temperatures will remain around average for the time of year with lows of six degrees and highs of twelve degrees.
