A DORCHESTER teenager has entered the record books as she participated in the biggest-ever disabled exercise class.

On March 17, Dolly-fæ Boyle, 17, from Dorchester travelled to Manchester for a world-record-breaking fitness event.

Fitness legend, Javino McLean famous for his J7 gym, held the event and beat his own world record for the third time.

Dolly-fæ is a very keen CrossFitter and you can follow her journey on Instagram @dollyfae_disabled_crossfitter.

Dolly-fæ has Cerebral Palsy, a condition that affects muscles and movement as well as many other hidden difficulties.

Three years ago, she started working out joined The Gym Group in Dorchester.

There she received expert training from Chloe Le Page and now Sam Gough.

The first CrossFit event Dolly-fæ attended was in Birmingham in February, when she participated in a WOdaptive competition.

She smashed her first 12.5 kg barbell deadlift. 

Dolly-fæ said: "Most people don’t think disabled people can achieve much in life.

"Here I am, proving to everybody that I can do it.

"There are no such words as 'I can’t' in my book." 

Her dream is to run her own fully accessible gym and encourage everyone with disabilities to enjoy movement
