A town centre road will be closed for five days of gas works.
South Parade in Weymouth will be closed in its entirety from Monday, April 15 for work that is expected to finish on Friday, April 19.
This closure will enable SGN safe access to complete new gas connections in the highway.
The alternative route, which will be sign-posted is as follows: Custom House Quay - St Edmund Street - Maiden Street - Mitchell Street - East Street - The Esplanade
