A Weymouth woman has pleaded not guilty to allegations of assault, causing grievous bodily harm, breaking bail and witness intimidation.
Mercedes Ealson, aged 23, attended Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday, April 4 where a trial date was set.
The charges relate to an incident at Crescent Street in Weymouth on March 23, 2023, in which Ealson is alleged to have assaulted and caused actual bodily harm to a woman, and alleged to have caused grievous bodily harm with intent to a man.
She has also been charged with allegedly breaking bail conditions and witness intimidation by threatening harm to a man on February 9, 2024.
Ealson, of Berkshire Close in Weymouth, has conditional bail to not contact a named man and woman and to remain at her home address on an electrically monitored curfew between 8pm and 8am.
Ealson's trial will be held on August 5 at Bournemouth Crown Court and is expected to take 3 to 4 days.
