A historian will be giving a talk all about Dorset curiosities this May.
The South Dorset group of the Somerset & Dorset Family History Society will hold its next meeting on Friday, May 17 at 2.30pm.
It will feature local historian Bruce Upton who will give his 'Dorset Curiosities' presentation, subtitled "Where Shall We Take Auntie This Weekend?"
It will take place at the society’s usual meeting spot of St, Aldhelm's Church Centre on Spa Road in Weymouth, DT3 5EW.
The meeting will be preceded by tea and coffee.
Cost of admission is £2 for society members and £3 for non-members.
