TWO popular pubs in Weymouth town centre and harbourside are available for lease.
Christie + Co has been instructed by Punch Taverns to market the Red Lion and Black Dog as well as the Scott Arms at Kingston, near Corfe Castle.
The pubs are offered on 10 to 15-year tied assignable leases.
The pubs are among 49 former Spirit Group units that are available to lease through Christie + Co.
The Red Lion is in Hope Square with a bar for 42 customers and seating outside for about 120 people.
The Black Dog is in St Mary Street and has about 70 covers.
