CHILDREN, teachers, parents and friends celebrated the career of teacher Sylvia Kimbrey.
She is retiring after 18 years at Milborne St Andrew First School.
A special assembly was held when Mrs Kimbrey was presented with cards made by each year class and presents from colleagues and parents.
Pupils were also presented with citizen awards. They were Tara Bright, Beth Leonard, Matthew Holman, Emma Torok, and Jasmine Easton and Ben Parkin.
