YOBS, vandals and mindless idiots!
No - not the usual reference to the pond life detailed in the Echo on a regular basis.
I have seen the total devastation of what was once a pleasant country area.
I refer to the rape of our Rhododendron Mile that could now easily be mistaken for a film set for the aftermath of the atom bomb.
How dare the 'do-gooders', who all too often dictate what is good for the wider community, even try to make fools of us by justifying this terrible carnage in an effort to stop unhealthy sexual activity in that particular area.
These kinds of actions taken by a few misfits happen all too often.
It’s about time they were rooted out and replaced by normal people with some common sense.
I am sure that the response to this letter by the perpetrators of this action will come up with yet more nonsense to say how necessary it was for this ugly action. They always do.
