"MOST adults would not know where to get information on learning. "Most learning providers do not take in to account the needs of shift workers and parents. "It is difficult for people in rural areas to find further education courses and work-related courses close to their homes." Those are just some of the statements people in Lyme Regis are being asked to comment on as part of a survey by the Learning and Skills Council, which has devel oped a questionnaire aimed at giv ing people an opportunity to have a say in the future of local education and training. Whether it's about meeting new people at an evening class or taking a degree in astrophysics from the comfort of your own home, now is the time to have a say in how you can access these services in Lyme Regis. Copies of the questionnaire are available at community learning centre LymeNET in Church Street, and, once completed, the questionnaires should be sent to STAR Freepost, Bournemouth, BH8 8ZZ.
