Employers across the South are using Yourcvmatch.co.uk to beat skills shortages by homing in on the best CVs online.
They are capitalising on the popularity of Yourcvmatch.co.uk with jobhunters who post their CVs free on the website.
Thousands of jobhunters have been uploading their CVs onto Yourcvmatch.co.uk - showcasing their skills to potential employers all over the UK.
On October 31 the popular website will celebrate its first anniversary.
Employers - here's how it works for you:
You buy access into the Yourcvmatch.co.uk database through your newspaper representative;
The team at the Daily Echo Bournemouth inputs the specifications. The system will then search the thousands of CVs on the database and match your vacancy with candidates who have the skills you seek. Each CV is scored out of 1,000 points - the higher the score the closer the candidate matches your vacancy.
Yourcvmatch.co.uk then automatically emails all the matching candidates with your job description.
You decide whether you want candidates to send CVs to your email address or through the post in writing.
If you would prefer, you can view the matching candidates online in the Yourcvmatch system and then choose the ones you'd like to contact. The Daily Echo simply sends you a username and password and you log on and start selecting.
"The system uses highly developed technology which provides very precise matching on a wide range of important criteria. This means you don't have to spend time sifting through unnecessary applications," said Daily Echo regional sales manager David Makepeace.
"Your job specification stays on the system for 14 days and is constantly searching the CV database and sending you suitable candidates as new ones register."
He added: "You choose how you want the system to run - you can receive applications via email or through the post."
