FORMER Terras assistant manager Ricky Haysom has taken temporary charge at Bashley following the shock resignation of Barry Blankley.
Haysom, who was Geoff Butler's number two at the Wessex Stadium and has been scout/coach at Bashley this season, has been handed the reins for tonight's friendly at the Recreation Ground against Portsmouth.
Meanwhile the New Forest club are to advertise for a new manager after Blankley,
another ex-Terra, quit in protest at the sacking of his right hand man Fraser Quirke.
Blankley dropped his bombshell the day before his side's FA Cup tie at Dartford and the New Forest side went down 1-0.
