THE Princess Royal's daughter Zara Phillips will be among competitors at Lulworth International Horse Trials this weekend.
She will follow in the footsteps of her mother, who was one of the top event riders in the country during the 1970s and was a regular on the British team.
Zara Phillips, 22, will tackle the three phases of one of the top horse trials in the country.
She will be joined by many of the top names in the sport, including William Fox-Pitt, Andrew and Bettina Hoy and Jeanette Brakewell, all of whom will be hoping to qualify for the World Cup final in France this October.
The horse trials run until Sunday at the Lulworth Estate. On Saturday and Sunday, the trials run alongside Lulworth Country Fair.
