SHIPTON Gorge village hall was transformed with local wildlife caught on film, model dinosaurs towering over mighty onions, potatoes, cakes and funny vegetables lying side by side with pot plants and cut flowers.

A total of 119 entries filled the hall for the village society's 50th annual show.

Villagers and visitors were invited to judge the best by placing straws in cups next to their favourite entry, keeping everyone busy all day.

The show's organisers thanked all the helpers and residents for their enthusiastic support.
