BIRDS are winging their way to Swanage Middle School after youngsters launched a bird-feeding club.
Pupils aged 12 and 13 donated £50 to provide nine feeders and a supply of tasty treats for their feathered friends.
Members of the new club will be learning how to identify various species of birds. Teacher Jo Foster said: "Year eight raise money for charities through the year and a group of fund-raisers decided to help the bird feeders club."
