Lucas Phillips
Address: Holbaek Close, Dorchester.
Qualifications and experience: Lucas last worked at a café in Dorchester and has previously worked in supermarkets and stores in the town.
He has also worked at Dorchester’s Trinity Club and on his uncle’s farm cutting crops.
He has completed the first year of a mechanics course at Weymouth College and has A-level equivalent qualifications in public services and sports.
Lucas also plans to begin learning how to drive soon.
