REGARDING Shirley Hansford’s understandable concern over the state of Weymouth facilities ‘Improve town to impress visitors’ (You Say, June 12).
Can I reassure her that the resort’s toilets will be magically improved by 2012.
Whether the same attention can be accorded to deterring ‘gentlemen-of-the-road’ (if that is not over-stretching the euphemism) visitors from treating the town as if it is one, I have considerable less confidence.
