Address: Kent, but soon relocating to Wakeham, Portland Qualifications and experience: Paul was a corporal in the Royal Corps of Transport and worked as a diesel recovery mechanic.
Since leaving the army he returned to college to gain City and Guilds and GNVQ qualifications in mechanical production.
He also has CNC programming qualifications. Paul worked until June 2008 as a quality assessment manager for an automotive company. He has previously worked in environmental and health and safety management.
Paul has also been a quality team leader and supervisor in the automotive industry and a trained internal auditor.
He also has qualifications in welding, injection moudling, HGV driving and is a trained fire marshal and first aider.
