Qualifications and experience: Carol last worked in September in a temporary role in the kitchen of Debenhams in Weymouth.
She worked as a chef at the Royal Hotel for four years and as a chef at the town’s Richmoor Hotel for two years. Carol has run her own fast food van and a business providing catering services for people at their homes.
Carol has an intermediate health and hygiene certificate, an RSA level three typing qualification, a Windows IT qualification and a full, clean driving licence.
