I MAY be a bit slow on the uptake, so can any qualified source explain why the Boot Hill/Harbourside frustration-inducing conundrum of lights and road markings can possibly be regarded as an improvement on the roundabout they replaced?
Ditto the Swannery Bridge/ring road set-up?
Surely the reason for the original installation was that it worked… or am I missing something?
