Whilst driving towards Asda the other day I arrived at the new, improved harbour junction at a time when none of the lights were working.

Was there a maelstrom of snarled queues, or the unpleasant whiff of rebellious disorder?

Indeed not. In fact calm, benevolence and the refreshing sight and sound of free-flowing traffic was very noticeable.

The thought occurred to me that one of those round thingamajigs stuck in the middle complete with a few palm trees, and an eye-catching floral display would be an attractive and constructive addition. Problem solved!
