WORK in stone by a Spanish artist is on show at the Portland Drill Hall until September 9.
Cristina Fernandez’s Longed for Landscapes exhibition is inspired by the Portland landscape and its history in stone.
Cristina has been working during a three-month artist residency with the Portland Sculpture & Quarry Trust and her exhibition links in with the Stone is Land project which has involved local schools.
Following the Portland show, Cristina’s work will be exhibited in Spain.
