Does any one know what the intended End Use is of the old Portland United Reform Church in the lower High Street Fortuneswell?
There is a planning application for a change of use under D1 and D2 conditions but there seems to be work already started before planning consent has been granted?
The new owner apparently lives in London so I do wonder.
