I may be on a different side of the political divide from Peter Watson but I have to agree with his comments on the Liberals at Dorchester Town Council. (Have Your Say February 14).
They have been bleating for years about getting no help from central government but neitherdoes any other body of their parish council status. However, other parish councils in Dorset manage not to charge such exorbitant precepts on their share of the council tax.
