COUNCIL chiefs are to press on with work to urgently repair the crumbling harbour walls.
They backed recommendations at a Weymouth and Portland Borough Council meeting today to help ensure the long-term future of the ferry port and tempt Condor Ferries back.
It came amid claims the council's lack of action to invest in the harbour had resulted in a 'debacle.'
