I would reassure any Echo reader facing a forthcoming hospital in-patient situation at Dorset County Hospital as follows: Finding myself being urgently admitted to that hospital – albeit only for 14 hours, I cannot speak highly enough of the totally dedicated professional care which I personally encountered.
My thanks go to all staff concerned – John the paramedic, A&E Department, Dr Price and support staff, Illchester Ward staff and doctors (especially Bev) not forgetting the cleaners and meal providers.
I personally feel how fortunate we are to have such a totally professional service available.
