A DISTRAUGHT cat owner is offering a reward for the safe return of her missing pet.
Bear, an eight-year-old cream grey Persian, was last seen on Friday at his home in Pretoria Terrace, Weymouth.
His owner, Paula Stay said: “Bear has a huge personality, he is loving and nosey, but this means he will go to anybody in the street.
“All the locals know him and he is always sitting at the front door every morning for the school run past the house, in order to be petted by as many people as possible.
“We have knocked on doors, put up leaflets, called vet surgeries, but he has not been seen. My worry is that he may have been taken.”
A £50 reward is on offer for the safe return of Bear or for information that may lead to his safe return.
