A FAMILY of potters from Mosterton are celebrating a jubilee of their own – 50 years in the same premises.
The Eeles Family Pottery is holding a special exhibition of ceramics to mark the golden anniversary at their showroom.
The exhibition contains work by all four members of the same family of potters.
The family is made up of David Eeles, who has been making ceramics professionally for 60 years, his wife Patricia and their sons Benjamin and Simon.
Ben said: “We are so thrilled to have made such an achievement of fifty years.
“It is great for any business, but especially for craftspeople like ourselves and a local business.”
They are inviting the public to their showroom at Mosterton to see the latest results from their kiln during June, July and August. They will be open seven days a week from 9am to 5pm.
