With the Olympic events at Weymouth and Portland very close now may I make a plea to restaurants and cafes across Dorset?
There are many top-class chefs and cooks in the county delivering excellent food.
But don’t let down your establishments by presenting hot food on cold plates, which happens too often.
Athletes and visitors will expect Olympian cuisine standards and that surely demands hot plates for hot food.
