DORSET County Hospital’s stroke unit is set to benefit from a day of entertainment for all the family at a Dorchester pub.
The Cornwall Hotel is hosting a 50/50 Family Fun Day on Sunday, July 22, from midday, with all proceeds from the day going to the stroke unit and the Durnovaria Amateur Boxing Club.
There will be a barbecue, bouncy castle and tombola as well as live music from The Dinnerladies, Speedway Snails and the Amy Mayes Band. There will also be a raffle and auction at 4pm, with a host of fantastic sporting memorabilia on offer including a signed Steven Gerrard shirt.
