The past few weeks have seen the high street in Dorchester transformed, with first the Union Jack flying from virtually every premises and latterly, flags of many countries who are participating in the Olympic Games.
No doubt residents and more importantly visitors drive past and feel they are welcome in our town.
Did the WDDC put these up or was it private enterprise?
It would be interesting to know as I suspect it was not WDDC as they have spent all their (our) money on new offices.
