Lesley Waters said: “Down here on the Dorset coast we are spoiled for choice when it comes to seafood, but there’s still the fear factor for some people when it comes to cooking.
“Fish is such a healthy, versatile product and I love cooking it for my family.
“I’m looking forward to passing on some of my handy hint and tips to make it as easy as possible for parents to plan it into weekly mealtimes.”
The sessions will give parents tips on buying and preparing seafood, as well as giving them the chance to see live cooking demonstrations and even taste some new kinds of seafood.
“Responsible sourcing and seasonality will play a big role in the day and is designed to give consumers more confidence.
