Volunteers are being sought to bring a bit of historical character to this year’s Big Green Apple Day in the Bride Valley.
The event on Saturday, October 6 is set to raise money to provide a community-built Saxon hut for the Discovery Area at Thorners School in Litton Cheney and organisers are appealing for people who will come along dressed as characters from history, as part of the plan to bring history lessons to life.
