A 20-FOOT sailing boat called the coastguard for assistance after suffering engine failure at Portland harbour.
Portland Coastguard received a call from Hawk 20 yesterday afternoon as the vessel was trying to reach its moorings near Castle Cove.
A local vessel Dreamer offered assistance but the engine was working again and the boat, with one person onboard, was able to reach its moorings without any help.
