Chance to learn about fish ladders on River Asker walk

COME along to explore the River Asker with a walk and talk.
Take a wander down river in Bridport and Bradpole with expert and Environment Agency technical officer for the fisheries recreation and biodiversity group Roger Genge.
You will be able to find out more from Mr Genge about the fish ladders, the weirs and river management.
Mr Genge will explain about fish passage projects – he designed the new fish ladder at Jessopps Weir.
The walk will take place on September 8.
Anyone interested in the event should meet at 2.45pm at Bridport Football Club car park.
