DINOSAURS, fireworks and a treasure hunt all await at Camp Bestival.

The festival kicks off on August 1 and there will be a host of activities for all the family to enjoy set in the grounds of Lulworth Castle.

There will be four days of live music, shows and entertainment, with more than 100 activities for children to get involved in.

There will be life-size dinosaurs on display, a firework grand finale, a treasure hunt around the castle, creatures of fire and shadow will be seen walking through the woods and medieval jousting.

There will also be craft workshops, demos and talks on bush craft, wilderness and woodland skills, the ‘greatest sandpit ever,’ shadow puppetry and storytelling, evening campfires and a circus.

Camp Bestival founder Rob da Bank said: “One of the reasons we started Camp Bestival at Lulworth Castle is because it's in one of the country's most beautiful locations.

“The Jurassic Coast is full of hidden treasures - from ancient fossils, dinosaur bones and idyllic beaches to tank museums, theme-parks and amazing aquariums.

“Then we come along and add a dinosaur petting zoo, Mr Tumble, Brit school, fairgrounds, freestyle sports park, circuses and four days of music and entertainment for all the family and you have a festi-holiday like no other."
