MADELINE CLAIRE DIGHT, aged 33, of Harbour View, Portland. Admitted driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal alcohol limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. Also admitted aggravated vehicle taking and damage to property, using a motor vehicle without third party insurance and driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Made subject to a community order for 12 months with a supervision requirement and requirement to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the community. Fined £110 and ordered to pay costs of £50. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months. Also admitted possession of Class B drug cannabis/cannabis resin. Discharged conditionally for six months.
