ELIZABETH BAXTER, aged 79, of Mortain Close, Blandford Forum. Admitted driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. Ordered to pay compensation of £200 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years.

LUKE BENJAMIN JOYCE, aged 18, of Castleman-Smith Close, Blandford Forum. Admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, causing harassment, alarm or distress. Community order made with requirement to be under a curfew for 6 weeks, requirement to be under supervision for 12 months and requirement to attend the Thinking Skills Programme. Ordered to pay costs of £85. Also admitted resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty. Community order with requirements as above. Ordered to pay compensation of £50. Admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. Dealt with for original offence of criminal damage and given community order with requirements as above.

STUART ANTHONY MCINALLY, aged 43, of Beckett Close, Blandford St Mary. Found guilty of being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely The Dolphin public house in Blandford. No separate penalty. Also found guilty of assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made with requirement to be under a curfew for 5 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £250.
