FINBAR CLAYTON, also known as FINBARR JOHN CLAYTON, aged 27, of Stalbridge. Found guilty of driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 119 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Committed to prison for 8 weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay costs of £800. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 48 months. Admitted using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress. Committed to prison for 2 weeks consecutive suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £50. Length of sentence is 10 weeks. In the case of Finbar Clayton mentioned above, we have been asked to point out that Mr Clayton is appealing the drink drive case and his driving disqualification has been suspended pending an appeal. An appeal was lodged on the day he appeared in court and the case is due to be heard at the crown court.

SHELLEY DANIELS, aged 28, of Littlefields, Sherborne. Proved in absence of using a colour television without a licence. Fined £400 and ordered to pay costs of £120.

NICOLA JANE MARSHALL also known as NICOLA JANE KITCHING, aged 47, of Knotts Paddock, Sherborne. Application to revoke a community order (and re-sentence). Original order revoked. Dealt with for original offence of driving a vehicle while disqualified. Community order with requirement to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

TERRY RAYMOND CHARD, aged 51, of Barn Close, Todber. Admitted driving a vehicle on the A350 at Durweston without due care and attention. Fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with 6 penalty points.
