Admitted being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road, namely Ashley Road, Dorchester, an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to stop. No separate penalty. Also admitted being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road, namely Ashley Road, Dorchester, an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and not having given his name and address, failed to report the accident. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £35 costs. Licence endorsed with five penalty points.
