Admitted driving a vehicle and failed to comply with the indication given by a traffic sign, namely a red light signal on the A350 Holes Bay Road junction with Sterte Road, Poole. Fined £35 and ordered to pay £35 costs. Licence endorsed with three penalty points.
CHRISTOPHER GLOSTER-HAYES, aged 29, of Andover Green, Bovington. Proved in absence of driving a vehicle on the A35 at Monkeys Jump roundabout otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £200. Also proved in absence of using a vehicle without third party insurance. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.
