EMMA JANE AMELIA COURTNEY, aged 31, of Stour View Close, Sturminster Newton. Admitted driving a Toyota Yaris motor vehicle on the A357 after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it in breath was 102 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath. Also admitted failing to stop the vehicle in Station Road when required to do so by a constable in uniform and driving without due care and attention. Community order made with a four-month curfew requirement. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

ANDREW YOUNG MILNE, aged 48, of Littledown, Shaftesbury. Proved in absence of driving a vehicle on Worgret Road, Wareham, at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Also proved in absence of failing to produce a licence for examination on being required to do so by a constable. No separate penalty.
