IT'S hard to identify from this postcard but this photo was taken at Church Ope Cove on Portland.
This postcard, courtesy of Andy Hutchings, was taken in Victorian times and shows people disembarking onto Portland following a pleasure cruise on a paddle steamer from Weymouth.
Looking Back regular Mr Hutchings said: "I don't think you could do that now because of health and safety reasons."
It must have been a relatively warm and calm day on Portland because we can see one woman in the front of the photo using a parasol to protect herself.
