COMEDY impressionist and Britain's Got Talent (BGT) finalist Danny Posthill headlines this weekend's Pilot Boat Comedy Club in Lyme Regis.

Seen by millions in the BGT 2015 final, Danny Posthill has since performed all over the world working alongside some of the biggest names in comedy after he stunned the BGT judges with his hilarious portrayals of everyone from fellow comics Billy Connolly and Jimmy Carr to famous faces such as David Beckham and Gary Barlow.

Danny is now carving out a career for himself on the alternative comedy circuit and will be coming to Lyme Regis for the first time next week to headline the Pilot Boat Comedy Club.

Joining Danny will be the hilariously downbeat Welsh funnyman Rob Hughes. Rob has gained a local following with perfomances at the Jurassic Fields Festival and Bridport Arts Centre in recent years and his despairing observations on family life never fail to entertain.

Completing the line up will be political satirist Don Biswas and London comedy circuit and Edinburgh fringe festival regular Nig Lovell.

As ever, local comedian Tom Glover will MC the show, chatting with the crowd and road testing his latest material.

*Pilot Boat Comedy night, Saturday, April 8, 8pm, Pilot Boat, Lyme Regis, doors open at 7pm. Tickets are £8 and are available from the bar on 01297 443157 or on the door.
