Working morning in community orchard
WEST DORSET: The Bridport Community Orchard Group is hosting a working morning on Sunday, January 11 from 10am in readiness for the wassailing on Sunday, January 18 at 3pm.
On January 18, Monkton Wyld Morris dancers will be leading the singing during the traditional ceremony.
Spectators are asked to bring tin cans and drums to make noise to frighten the bad spirits away and ensure a good crop.
