What the Dickens? Traditional festive evening in store
AN EVENING of traditional festive entertainment is in store with a special recreation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol.
Radipole United Reformed Church in Weymouth is presenting the evening on Sunday December 4 at 7.30pm.
It will take the form of dramatic readings in the same way that Dickens performed A Christmas Carol himself.
The church will be decorated for Christmas, the readings will be separated by traditional carols and seasonal refreshments will be provided in the interval. All proceeds will be shared by the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust and Julia's House.
