JURASSIC Fields community family friendly music festival is set to return to Asker Meadow in Bridport for its fourth year on the July 14th and 15th with an astounding line up of 40 plus bands and performers for the two-day event.

With a wide range of food and craft stalls and our ever-growing kids area, it’s a day out for all the family.

With 2017 not only comes great bands but also a new site layout with an improved Bandstand stage and we’ll be introducing our comedy tavern.

The range of bands this year is unbeatable for quality with some well-known festival favourites, to completely new faces, and with its cost effective pricing, it truly is set to be quite a year!

The fun begins on Friday night with headliners including Stereoironcs and Smith and Mighty, whilst Saturday’s all day festival sees Neville Staple, the “Original Rude Boy’ of the Specials, headlining the evening’s main stage, with festival heavyweights Laid Blak the main act on the big top stage.

Other amazing artists that you will also be able to see include Willie and the Bandits, British Folk pioneer Steve Knightley of Show Of Hands, Radio 1 favourites Sound of The Sirens, The Undercover Hippy, and back by popular demand, Mr B the Gentlemen Rhymer, to name a few.

Ticket prices remain as low as possible to keep this event affordable for everyone, and children under 13 go free when accompanied by an adult.

As ever we are not able to run the event without the help of sponsors and fundraising events, and are ever grateful for all the support and help we get including volunteers that give up their time to make the event more and more successful each year.

If you have a business, or know a business that would be interested in sponsoring the event, we have several packages from small to large available, and more information can be sent on request by email to sponsorship@jurassicfields.com.

Jurassic Fields also have their first fundraiser coming up on April 15th at Salway Ash Village Hall which features Shelbys Elbows and The Leggomen. Tickets are currently available from Tanners in Bridport, but check the website for other outlets where tickets will be available soon.
