Commuters faced delays this morning following a signalling problem.
Due to the earlier problem between Bournemouth and Brockenhurst on the Weymouth-Waterloo line, trains had to run at reduced speed on the Southampton bound line.
South Western Railway (SWR) services running through these stations are returning to normal, but SWR has warned that some services may be cancelled, delayed or revised.
Disruption is expected until 8am today.
A spokesman for SWR said: "We're sorry for the disruption caused to your journey this morning."
Check here to see if your journey is affected.
