There must be something seriously wrong when so much money is being used outsourcing public relations for Dorset NHS Trust while young people are being ignored.

Sexual abuse is a serious matter and those victims deserve to be listened to and treated by counsellors qualified in that area.

Why is the PR being done outside the Trust? Surely all Trusts have a small team within doing promotions, such as Stop Smoking campaigns, prevention of sexual diseases, etc.

Even employing youngsters on leaving college who are interested in marketing as a career would be beneificial as it would give them a start on gaining experience.

We have an NHS Trust to be proud of and feedback by patients is important in order to promote a hospital by word of mouth.

I was only saying to someone the other day about the caring treatment I received at Poole Hospital when I attended it as an outpatient and DCH is one of the best. But I fail to understand how a wage that Ms Plumb is receiving is so much higher than ground staff like nurses, sisters or admininstrative staff who are receiving a pittance in comparison.

Maybe Ms Plumb and those other members of the Trust who are receiving ridiculous high wages can explain why they deserve so much more?
