Very proud moments
ON THE 11th day of the 11th month, at 11am, I felt very proud of the people of the borough.
I was in Weymouth town centre at the time, and for the first in my memory, everything stopped!.
The people stood completely still for two minutes in respect of those who gave their lives in two world wars, plus recent conflicts so that we could enjoy the freedom that we have to this day.
