Letters: Take a look at the Highway Code
THIS is a letter to the gentleman driving the grey pick up truck turning into Southfield Avenue from Dorchester Road by the doctors’ surgery on Tuesday at 5pm.
As a pedestrian once I have stared to cross the road I have right of way and I refer to rule 170 of the Highway Code.
So instead of beeping at me and shouting abuse you should dust off your copy of the Highway Code and take a look.
